ОБЗОР ИССЛЕДОВАНИЙ ФИЗИЧЕСКОГО ВОСПИТАНИЯ ДЕТЕЙ С АУТИЗМОМ

Аннотация


В статье рассматривается роль физического воспитания в развитии детей с расстройством аутистического спектра. Цель исследования заключалась в рассмотрении современных исследований, доказывающих влияние занятий физической культурой на физическое и психологическое развитие. Проведенный анализ доказывает, что физическая активность очень положительно влияет на развитие двигательных навыков и физических качеств, помогает в профилактике ожирения, к которому склонны 30 % детей данной группы, способствует развитию концентрации внимания,  эффективна в коррекции многих форм неадекватного поведения, связанного с аутизмом, а так же способствует академической успеваемости. Исследователи отмечают важность правильной организации программ по физическому воспитанию и подбору видов двигательной активности.
