АНАЛИЗ СУДЕЙСКИХ ОШИБОК НА СОРЕВНОВАНИЯХ ПО ПАРУСНОМУ СПОРТУ
Аннотация
В статье представлены результаты систематических педагогических наблюдений за деятельностью судейских бригад на 23 соревнованиях по парусному спорту (2021–2024 гг.). Исследование направлено на анализ судейских ошибок, особенностей принятия решений и коммуникативных паттернов в судейских коллективах. На основе разработанного протокола наблюдений зафиксировано 253 ошибки, среди которых преобладают технические сбои (54%), ошибки человеческого фактора (42%) и редкие, но наиболее сложные ошибки интерпретации правил (4%). Установлено, что длительность соревнований коррелирует с количеством ошибок: в 6-дневных мероприятиях их число достигает 13–15, при этом к финальным дням возрастает доля ошибок, связанных с усталостью судей. Временные затраты на исправление варьируются от секунд (технические неполадки) до 24 часов (спорные ситуации). На основе полученных данных предложены рекомендации по оптимизации судейства: усиление технического контроля, стандартизация протоколов для спорных случаев, коррекция рабочих графиков и специализированная подготовка судей. Результаты исследования могут быть использованы для повышения качества судейства в парусном спорте.
